I’m a strategic communications and marketing specialist with over 25 years’ experience working across the public, private and third sectors.

I work on a short-term basis with organisations to diagnose and fix communication problems both inside the organisation, and in how it shows up to the outside world through external communications.

We tackle the basics.
This includes: 
  • A clear and compelling communications strategy for the next 12 months 
  • Creating a communications cornerstone document - This sets out clear tone and voice, Blog and Topic Map, Pain Points/Trigger Points grid, Audience Identification and Research.
  • A 6 month action plan outlining tangible actions you and the team can take to make your strategy work
  • Content calendar template

05. Rebuild 

We get you ready to start communicating again. 
This includes:

  • 30 day content calendar to start you off. (Content creation is an extra) 
  • A custom GPT trained on your tone, messages and priorities to help you create content faster  ​

06. Handover 

We walk you through everything, give you access to our explainer videos and hand over the system - ready to go.

But it doesn't need to mean goodbye...we can work with you on an ongoing basis as needed.
