We assess your communication system across six critical lenses. Together, they reveal whether communication is working as a leadership tool or just as a reactive function.

1. System (Part 1): Communication as a System

  • Who owns what and where do things fall through the gaps?
  • How does information flow: up and out, down and through, across and integrative?
