WHAT WE DO
Communications are the canary in the mine - if they aren't right or aren't landing (internally or externally) then you know something needs to change. But what?
01. |
DIAGNOSE |
We start by diagnosing what the problem is.
This begins with a commission from you to review communications in your organisation or to look at a specific communications related problem like Leadership Alignment, AI/Great Reset Readiness or Engagement Pathways. We construct this on a case-by-case basis but the basis of what we do can be found in our Sound & Signal Review Diagnosis ends with a detailed report with findings, recommendations and next steps for your consideration. |

FIX |
The fix depends on the problem and you would expect...but, we know from experience, it usually falls into four categories.
Skills – Reskill the comms team and indeed leaders who communicate around the business. Our signature course "Leadership Communication Mastery" can roll out to teams of any size. Structure – Something in the structure needs to change to enable better comms. This could be the positioning of comms internally, sign off, decision making or link with c-suite but we work with you to make it right. We can work with you via a "Boiler Room" on Alignment, Communications Operating Model or help coach the comms leadership, whatever is necessary. Systems and Processes – The systems and tools used are out of date or need an overhaul. We can work with you to identify what needs to be changed and in what sequence. Stories – The strategic narrative, core messaging and overall storytelling needs an rethink. We are experts in business storytelling and strategic narratives for corporate and internal communication. |

ACTION |
Comms fixed - just like that, obviously - it’s then about moving to action.
We have developed a number of strategic interventions to get things moving. Principle of which is the Rapid Action Accelerator AKA the Boiler Room. These are expert-facilitator led interventions designed to shorted the decision to action cycle and fix organisational challenges. All of it is designed to move things forward at pace. |
